Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of World Ledgers HRM and Accounting System (“System”) provided by Elite Code Creators Limited (“Service Provider”). By subscribing, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription & Access

• Access to the system is granted on a subscription basis for a 30-day billing cycle.
• The system automatically locks on the due date if payment is not received.
• A one-month free trial is available to new clients.
• Clients bear their own SMS charges where applicable.

3. Renewal & Termination

Subscriptions run on a 30-day billing cycle. Data will be retained for 90 days after termination before deletion. Subscription pricing may be reviewed and renegotiated annually by mutual agreement.

4. Customisation & Training

Customisation requests are chargeable separately. A technician may be scheduled to install biometric devices and onboard employees. Subsequent training sessions will be scheduled as agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete employee data for onboarding
• Ensure timely payment of subscriptions and fees
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with applicable data protection regulations

6. Data Privacy & Protection

Elite Code Creators Limited will process and protect personal data in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for indirect losses such as business interruption or data loss beyond the 90-day retention policy. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent subscription cycle.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
