How to Add an ISP Subscriber and Assign a Package

ISP billing in World Ledgers treats subscribers as clients linked to a package. Create the package first.

1. Create a package

1. Open ISP → Packages.
2. Click Add New Package.
3. Set name, rate limit, price, duration and related fields → save.

2. Add the subscriber

1. Open Clients (or Accounting → Clients).
2. Click Add Client.
3. Enter name, email, phone and address.
4. For ISP firms: select Package (required), set Activation Date and Expiry Date, optional IP/password.
5. Click Save changes.
6. After save, you can complete Smart OLT / TR069 fields (ONT serial, WiFi) where enabled.
